Some of us were at Wsis 1 in 2003, and we are particularly interested in hearing the ideas, comments and experiences of citizens and Civil Society members at home and in Tunis.

Phase 1 WSIS was held in Geneva from December 10 - 12, 2003 and Phase 2 WSIS will be held in Tunis this week, November 16-18. This C2C web project came about in 2003 when the eCommons/ Agora (a national not for profit pan-Canadian civil society organization) found no public space in existence for a transparent and inclusive dialogue on the place of Canada and its civil society and other sectors in the WSIS process. Canadian Commission for Unesco seed funded the first initiative. This is a voluntary, open source contribution.
